Adidas East Village Expansion
The Adidas East Village Expansion is a major 460,000 sf campus addition for the brand’s North American headquarters in Portland, OR. As a design-assist partner, EC supported Turner Construction across multiple design and budget iterations to deliver this LEED Gold project, performing all electrical scopes for two new buildings and a 240,000 sf below-grade parking structure. Leveraging BIM Level 350, EC prefabricated approximately 30% of the electrical installation—streamlining construction, improving coordination, and increasing field efficiency. The project also achieved 15% MWESB participation, underscoring a commitment to inclusive contracting and community impact.
