Metro Gold Line

The Metro Gold Line is a major 10-mile public transportation upgrade connecting St. Paul, Maplewood, Landfall, Oakdale, and Woodbury. Egan Company’s Outdoor Electrical team powered this $35 million infrastructure project, installing over 30 miles of lighting wire and 16 miles of fiber optic cable to support the system. The project involved integrating 29 self-sufficient bus stations with independent power, installing 32 signal systems, and erecting over 500 light poles to ensure reliable transit operations and connectivity across the corridor.
