Egan Company constructed this 40,000-square-foot facility to serve as a new hub for prefabrication operations. The project utilized in-house multi-trade expertise, delivering a 2,000-amp electrical service, fiber network integration, and a high-efficiency aluminum glazing system. Designed for scalability, the building also features comprehensive fire alarm and security systems.
