The New Terminal One is a $9.5 billion redevelopment transforming JFK’s south side into a world-class international gateway. The project will create the airport’s largest terminal, spanning 2.6 million square feet with 23 gates and over 300,000 square feet of retail and dining. Sustainability and community are central to the design, featuring a massive solar array and significant local workforce participation goals.
