Project Black Bear

This 400,000-square-foot medical R&D campus in Maple Grove features 80,000 square feet of lab space and extensive office areas. Egan Company provided multi-trade services including electrical power, voice/data technology, and fire alarm systems. The project also showcased a custom exterior facade with 85,000 square feet of glass and decorative fins, installed by the InterClad team.
