This 23,000-sq-ft tenant buildout delivered complete electrical systems for a high-visibility architectural studio and showroom. The project included power, lighting, controls, fire alarm, and low-voltage infrastructure, all installed to exacting finish standards. Prefabricated workstation power systems and precisely coordinated conduit routing supported a fast-track schedule. With 600 feet of recessed mud-in track lighting and fully concealed installations, the team achieved flawless alignment while delivering on time and on budget.
