Cleveland Electric was part of the MHIA (Prime Contractor) team on this APM project working alongside the design team of Burns, MHIA-Japan, and the Owner’s design rep L & E. Cleveland provided input to the design team, before and after TPs were issued, offering cost effective analysis and alternatives as the project was designed. CEC was part of the installation team that retro-fitted four existing guideway system lanes, two new AC substations with standby generators, as well as retro-fitted three SERs (station equipment rooms).
