S&C Palatine Facility
This design-build project delivered the complete electrical infrastructure for a 230,000-sq-ft manufacturing facility, including a 3000A service, 7,000+ feet of conduit, and overhead bus duct systems. When the building structure could not support the required electrical loads, the team engineered a custom steel I-beam support system for elevated conduit racks. Despite evolving equipment layouts and coordination challenges, the project was completed with exceptional quality, safety, and flexibility, resulting in a fully energized, scalable facility ready for high-volume production.
