Confidential Client Data Centers SAT 11, 12, 13, 80 & 81 is a large-scale data center campus in San Antonio, Texas, spanning more than 400 acres. The completed project includes multiple pre-engineered metal buildings totaling approximately 230,000 square feet, with capacity for up to 75 MW of data hall build-out. Delivered through a joint venture between Alterman and ERMCO, the scope included site work, underground utilities, duct bank infrastructure for medium- and low-voltage systems, exterior site improvements, administration offices, and data hall construction.
