New Orleans International Airport
Opened in November 2019, the new Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) replaced the original 1959 terminal and supports over 80 percent of Louisiana’s air travelers. The $1.029 billion, 972,000-square-foot terminal features three concourses, 35 gates, a consolidated TSA checkpoint, parking facilities, and an open-concept design with dining, retail, and live music. Frischhertz-ERMCO delivered comprehensive electrical and systems services, overcoming the complexities of scale, design, and hurricane-zone construction.
