Mystic Lake Casino Hydronics

Mystic Lake Casino's hydronic heat system received upgrades with the help of Egan Company's Electrical Construction team. The hydronic system is called upon for heating and cooling at the facility. Egan removed legacy switchgear and installed new paralleling switchgear as well as a new multi-tier cable busway system with the existing duct bank. A new addition to the campus's Central Utility Plant included a heat trace system on the hydronic system, new 4,000 amp switchgear, new panelboards, transformers, two automatic transfer switches (ATS), and a new uninterrupted power supply (UPS). This project also entailed in-depth planning for critical cut overs, power transfers, and outages.
